CAROB

Typical plant of Sicily and originally from Palestine, with fruits of very high nutritional value. Carob is rich in mineral salts, such as potassium, calcium, sodium, magnesium and iron. The vitamin content is also remarkable: among many, those of group B and vitamins E, K and J.

CITRUS FRUITS

Nei nostri prodotti per via della
presenza della pectina, di cui sono
ricchi, la quale funge da promotrice di una corretta funzione digestiva. Inoltre, il loro elevato contenuto di acido ascorbico (antiossidante naturale) potenzia le difese immunitari dei nostri amici a quattro zampe.

Olive OIL

Typical ingredient of the Mediterranean and in particular Sicilian agri-food tradition, it is characterized by a high content of highly assimilable and digestible monounsaturated fatty acids. Rich in antioxidant substances (phenols and tocopherols), it has a beneficial effect on the cardiovascular system and counteracts the damage associated with oxidative stress.

SEEDS OF PRICKLY PEAR

We also insert the seeds of a typical fruit of Sicily into our products: the prickly pear. Prickly pear seeds contain an exclusive oil rich in vitamins E and F, Omega 3, Omega 6 and essential fats (omega 9) with important antioxidant properties that can also greatly improve the appearance of the coat.
